Workshop candidates are requested to submit a position paper, which must be formatted according to ACM SIGCHI Publications Format and should not exceed 4 pages) about research or work they have been involved with (related to the topics described above) via email to

Papers will be reviewed by the organizers. At least one author of accepted papers needs to register for the workshop and for the conference itself. All accepted papers may be made available on the website, depending on the authors’ acceptance and wishes. The aim, however, is to initiate a publication cycle.

We hope to draw between 10 and 20 participants, equally distributed, but with no particular preferences, from organizational development disciplines, IT/IS, sociology, psychology, and engineering. Selection will be based on the suitability of the contributions with regards to inspiring a lively debate. Thus, some degree of convergence will be sought and this will be the main criterion for participation.
